Enter Fine Details - Police Fine or other Authorised Enforcement Officer

To enable the system to locate your fine, you must enter the account number.

1. Enter the Reference Number: enter the number printed on the ticket issued to you. Examples are shown below. Enter the number without any spaces.

2. Alternatively, enter the Account No. If you know the Scottish Court Service Account Number for your fine, you may enter this instead. The account number is a 10 digit number, for example 2024-123456. It is printed on fine documentation, letters or receipts produced by the Court and will have a prefix of 'ACC' or 'Account No'. Please note that your Account Number is not the reference with a prefix of 'SCS'.

3. Click the Next button to confirm your fine details.

If your fine was recently issued by the Police it may not yet be registered on our system. If this is the case please try again in a few days.

Endorsable Fines (Penalty Points)

Please note you may not be able to pay endorsable fines online. Fines of this type are identified at the foot of the ticket, as shown below. If you cannot pay an endorsable fine online you must either post or take your driving licence to any Sheriff or Justice Court when making payment.
